We are building something crazy, never tried before, that will enable the transition from natural gas to hydrogen, but we need help.

As part of HAX, in Newark, you will get support and coaching from amazing engineers, as well as access to everything you need. But you need to be able to work independently on a project from start to finish, be results-driven, and be willing to work crazy hours and put all yourself into this.

• Unique chance to build a robot and its components from idea/design to pilot testing.

• Although we aim at using existing components as much as possible, our robot is unique and most of them will require rapid-prototyping and in-house manufacturing. You need to be aware that this is a heavy hands-on position, definitely not a desk job.

• We are a startup, so our schedule is all-over-the-place, results-driven, not a 9-to-5 job.

Requirements

• On-site position in Newark, NJ

• B.Sc. or above (M.Sc. or Ph.D. highly preferred) in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Robotics

• You must be independent and with some experience designing and building robots

• Must be a fast learner, highly motivated and a proactive performer

• Must be an innovator with bottom-up ideas
